Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aayusman Care aims to provide premium clinical care. We understand that plans can change. Below are our terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds of bookings.

1. Appointment Cancellation

You may cancel your appointment booking at any time before our phlebotomist (lab technician) or doctor is dispatched to your home.

  • If you cancel **before dispatch**, you will receive a 100% refund of any pre-paid booking amounts.
  • To cancel, please call our support line at **+91 9179917022** with your booking ID.

2. Dispatch and Late Cancellation

Once our lab technician or doctor has been dispatched and reaches your location, cancellation is not permitted. If you choose to cancel at the doorstep, a nominal travel convenience fee of **₹100** will be charged.

3. Post-Collection Refund Exclusion

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Once a blood test, pathology checkup, or home care medical service has been conducted and processed, the booking amount is strictly non-refundable. No returns or chargebacks will be entertained once diagnostic analysis has commenced.

4. Rescheduling Procedures

You can reschedule your appointment to another date or time slot at no extra charge. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment slot by calling **+91 9179917022**.

5. Failed Sample / Test Cancellations

In rare cases where a sample is contaminated, insufficient, or a test cannot be completed due to clinical reasons, Aayusman Care will organize a repeat sample collection at **no additional cost**. If you choose not to go ahead with a repeat collection, a full refund for that specific test will be processed.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Wallet) within **5 to 7 working days**.
